mingusretreat.org is a website for the Mingus Mountain 12 Step Retreat.

Mingus Mountain Retreat is a 12 Step gathering for anyone in recovery or who would like to find out more about recovery.

It is open to all 12 Step Groups and has a majority of ACA and CODA attendees. Mingus Mountain is located

north of Prescott, Arizona in the Prescott National Forest off of Highway 89A. So come on up and enjoy the

Beautiful Mountain Scenery, Serenity of the Cool Pines, Great 12 Step Fellowship, Excellent Food and Lots of Fun.

The dates this year are: Friday May 21 to Sunday May 23, 2010

The camp will be open at 3:00 pm for arrivals on Friday.

Dinner for Friday Night is between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. (The kitchen closes after 6:00 pm)

The price includes 3 days and 2 nights on the mountain and 6 wonderful meals. (Dinner Friday Night,

3 Meals on Saturday, and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday). Meals are served Family Style and include an

entree, vegetable serving, salad bar with all the fixings. Vegetarian meals are also available. Meals are served on a

schedule which will be available in an information packet when you arrive.

The retreat ends after lunch on Sunday around 1:00 pm

This year’s retreat will repeat last year’s retreat theme of Back to Basics.

This retreat is group motivated and group structured.

We have 40 reserved slots.
We will have one co-ed group cabin for 30 paid registrants. (Six rooms with 5 occupants each max)
Extra registrants and late arrivals after 30 will stay in 2 small rustic cabins so register early.
Sorry, due to fire restrictions, no tent camping allowed.
